Can this workshop be tailored? Where would it take place?

Yes. We specialise in tailoring all our workshops to cater for your needs. Culture and context are important. If you want something designed to address a specific challenge talk to us.


We are very flexible. We are happy to run the event in-house, if you wish. If you do not have a preferred location, we can make arrangements with venues, where we have preferential rates.

What is the maximum and minimum number of delegates?

Numbers on our residential programmes are affected by size of venue which we would discuss with you.


For other courses/workshops, it depends on the content and format. Most of our workshops are interactive so large groups would not get the full benefit. Ideally 12-15.


Minimum? We run workshops for smaller organisations who may only have a handful of people who need development. 4 would be the minimum. Alternatively, they could join forces with another small event.


Can this workshop be delivered remotely?


How interactive is it?

Yes. We normally use Zoom, Microsoft Teams. Please talk to us if you have a specific platform you’d like to use.


We built our reputation on building interactive face to face workshops. Then during the pandemic, we used new tools and techniques and worked hard to maintain a high level of engagement throughout the sessions. As one client wrote:

Do you run open workshops where individuals can attend?

Location, Insurance

Our office is in Bradford on Avon, just outside Bath.

We are very flexible, happy to travel to your place of work or another suitable business location. We are happy to work throughout the UK and of course work online.


For training/ team events: If you do not have a preferred location, we can make arrangements with venues, where we have preferential rates.

For Coaching: Clients can choose to meet at or near their place of work or home. We also have access to other suitable business spaces, if preferred. Coaching online is also available.

INSURANCE: The People Advantage has professional indemnity insurance for coaching, training, education and consultancy, and public and products liability insurance.

Fees

You will find our prices very competitive.

We offer special rates for not for profit organisations and charities

We only charge travel, if the venue is over 20 miles from BA15.
